The ambassadors of Iran and Turkey to Pakistan as well as a number of personalities and top diplomats from the host country took part at the forum.
They underlined the need for cohesion and unity in the Muslim world to confront Islamophobia.
The participants in the forum also hailed the United Nations’ move to name a day in the year as the International Day to Combat Islamophobia.
They described it as a turning point in Muslim countries’ effort to fight the phenomenon.
